This is the 4th house I have purchased in my life and, I have to say, you are the most supportive and helpful realtor I have employed. Ever since your early reply to my email request for information on one of your listings, you proved yourself friendly, caring and a prompt communicator. I decided I would work with you on the basis of that first reply, since you were the only realtor to take time to both answer my question and inquire thoroughly into what I was looking for. If my email requests to others were answered, the replies were curt and perfunctory. Even though I was looking at an inexpensive property, you treated me as an important customer. I therefore felt confident working with you once we had graduated to looking at more expensive houses. Early on, I explained the nature of my disability, telling you that I could not drive and had other restrictions. I was grateful that you or your wife were willing to pick me up and drive me to and from houses and, once I'd found the house I wanted, you cheerfully drove me to meet with the lawyer, picked up the earnest money check at the bank, and ran other errands related to the offer. Buying a foreclosed house is a tedious and difficult process; you kept me in the loop from the beginning, communicated updates in the negotiation process and handled all of the details with the same care you'd give to purchasing a house for a member of your own family. I felt supported throughout the entire process. I can't thank you enough for your help in buying this house. You may be sure I will recommend you to anyone I know who is planning to buy a house.
